***If you are injured on the job ALWAYS inform your Supervisor immediately. Next notify your steward and have them notify your OWCP representative. If a Steward is not available call Maurice Hill at 901-361-3635. You need a CA-1, a CA-16 and a CA-17 to take to the doctor. Make sure management fills these out completely and signs as appropriate. Get a receipt for the CA-1. Keep copies of EVERYTHING. You may go to the doctor of your choice but make sure they accept USPS workman's comp. All paperwork must be signed by a licensed doctor.
